THURSDAY UPDATE ON AGE IS JUST A NUMBER

At Kashab’s house, Sahil is busy in wedding arrangements. Mina and Deepak thank Sahil. In the room, Geet thank Vaidika for all her effort. Vaidika assure her that she will always stay by her side.

Rekha come downstairs. Mina bring her to help her with the arrangements. Geet also hug Rekha. Vaidika bring tea for everyone. Rekha is annoyed, and leave. Mina assure Vaidika that soon she will be fine. Sahil is lost in deep thought of dancing with Vaidika. Deepak tap his shoulder and ask what it is about. Sahil make up it’s a pout, and tries to take a selfie.

Tanuj come to Kashab house and drag Vaidika aside. Vaidika try to resist. Tanuj show Vaidika a video. Vaidika is taken aback. Tanuj says not the wedding photos of Geet and Rahul, but this bedroom video may go viral instead. He warn if Vaidika doesn’t return to him, he will do this. Vaidika is left shocked. She hear Geet speaking to Rahul on the phone that she can’t show his love bite. Vaidika slap Geet and question how physical she has been with Rahul. Geet tell Vaidika it was yesterday night after Sangeet, but what the matter is; they will soon be married and there is nothing wrong in it. Vaidika is tensed on how to save her sister inlaw’s respect. She call Tanuj and confirm she will come. Sahil hear this and ask where she is going, Vaidika lie she need to go shopping. Sahil says she won’t go anywhere today, he can’t manage everything all alone. Sahil is called inside. Vaidika is confused on what she should do.

At night, the engagement preparations were finally at Kashab’s house. Vaidika had reached a hotel to meet Tanuj Malhotra. She get a call from Sahil. She thinks she can’t attend the call and will have to do this for Geet. The receptionist comment that Vaidika seems to be married, still give her the keys of the room. Vaidika think I am sorry Sahil, I have to do this to protect Geet.

Sahil comes to Geet’s room and ask about Vaidika. Geet is about to tell Sahil, but Mina comes to take her downstairs. Sahil is tensed and wish she is fine.

In the hotel room, Vaidika is harassed by Tanuj.

Geet is brought downstairs by Sahil and Mina. Sahil is worried aboutVaidika.

Tanuj demand Vaidika to return to him forever, else he can ruin Geet's life. He try to pull the pallu of Vaidika’s saree, blackmailing her that he would otherwise upload the video. The police enter the room and blame Vaidika. Vaidika says she is married, Tanuj is her ex-husband and blackmailed her to come over. The police inspector demand Vaidika her husband’s number. Tanuj nod at the inspector.

Sahil is now tensed and try Vaidika’s number. Rekha come to take him for some rituals. Sahil get a video message of Vaidika and Tanuj. He leave at once. Rekha snatch Sahil’s phone, and show the video to everyone. She blame Vaidika’s character.

In the hotel, the lady inspector ask the names of each girl. Vaidika didn’t tell hers. Sahil come there and protect his wife. Tanuj try to harass Vaidika. Sahil punch Tanuj and the phone drop. Vaidika get hold of the phone. Vaidika tell the lady inspector that this man, Tanuj created an MMS of her sister in law and her fiancé. He blackmailed her and called her here. Geet and Rahul reach there and witness in favor of Vaidika. Tanuj is arrested. Sahil thank Vaidika that she put her life and respect at stake for his family. Vaidika says not his, but their family. Sahil tell Vaidika they surely share a strange bond with each other. Geet and Rahul promise each other that they will always love each other like Sahil and Vaidika.

At Kashab’s house, everyone is tensed. Mina wonder if Rahul’s parents would ever allow him to marry her Geet now. Sahil and Vaidika return. Rekha is furious and wasn’t ready to allow her live here. Sahil doesn’t let Rekha disgrace his wife. Mina accuse Vaidika for being characterless and went to her ex-husband. Geet and Rahul return home with Vermala around their neck. Sahil tell everyone that Tanuj had a video of Geet and Rahul, he blackmailed Vaidika to upload it on social media. Mina is angry and about to slap Geet, but Vaidika stop her. Rekha blame Vaidika. Sahil correct that Geet and Rahul love each other already and were close. They are now married and will have a grand reception from him and Vaidika. Vaidika think silently that God has granted her another chance to realize the power of love. Vaidika hug Sahil. Sahil smile and hug her back. Vaidika cry and says thank you Sahil. She part from Sahil, and notice the displeasure on Rekha’s face. Sahil says he must be thankful to have Vaidika as his life partner. Rekha ask if they are done, should they speak about Rahul and Geet. Sahil request Rekha to spit the anger now, and accept Vaidika as her daughter in law. Mina also advocate for Vaidika, so does Deepak. Sahil says he always claimed his love for Vaidika and their bonding is extremely special. Rekha blame Vaidika has done a black magic on him. Sahil says even his father would have agreed to him today, if he was here. Rekha is still stubborn. Sahil try to convince Rekha that her ego wouldn’t be fruitful anyway.

Sahil and Geet convince Rekha. Rekha now hug Geet and says she married on her own will, now reception would be grand. In a family function, Vaidika is serving the guests. Mina drag her to the middle of the hall where she dance. In the end, Vaidika slip and falls on the floor. Shashi step into the house. He was curt as he sees her there. He questions what’s happening. Deepak come to take Shashi inside for something important.

In the room, Shashi is annoyed that no one told him about all the development. Deepak tell Shashi he was busy in a huge court case, they didn’t want to disturb him. He tells Shashi that it was Vaidika who saved his Geet’s honour and respect, one get such a daughter inlaw by luck. Rekha come into the room and complain that Deepak has accepted this divorcee girl. She first married their Sahil, and now she get Geet married to a guy of her choice. Her ex-husband made an MMS, and it was also Vaidika’s plan. She convince Shashi to throw Vaidika out of the house. Shashi tell Rekha that Vaidika saved the respect of their family’s daughter; whatever relation keeps the family united is precious. Avantika stood out, and felt curt if this man’s heart is melting for Vaidika.

Shashi come downstairs. Vaidika attentively stand up. Shashi goes to the stage, and smile towards Geet. Geet and Rahul bend to his blessings. Shashi gift a house to Geet in Civil Line. He announce to the guests to enjoy to their full. He is in a good mood. Sahil whisper to Vaidika to go and speak to him. Vaidika and Sahil come to Shashi, they thank Shashi for accepting Geet’s marriage. Shashi gathers the family and call a press conference tomorrow. He tell Rekha to wait another 12 hours, she will get her replies. He goes to meet a guest. Sahil tells Vaidika it seems Shashi would accept Vaidika as his daughter in law tomorrow. Avantika feel curt and decide she won’t let Shashi accept Vaidika as his daughter in law, even if she has to kill her own sister.

Later, Sahil is in the room. Vaidika bring the tea but slip over Sahil’s shoe, the tea spill over him. She goes to bring towel and unbutton Sahil’s shirt. She now apply ointment as an intimate matter. Sahil act as if it’s burning to tease and elevate her concern. He then pull her to himself. Vaidika shy away and straighten up. Sahil sit with Vaidika and says he understand why she is tensed; she must be thinking what his father would say in press conference. Vaidika ask if Sahil really believe Papa ji would accept her or not. He told her to go and ask by herself. Vaidika is afraid to go to Shashi by herself. Sahil says he is extremely strict, he challenges if Vaidika goes to Shashi and find out why he has kept a press conference. Vaidika is offensive, then accept Sahil’s challenge.

In Shashi’s room, Vaidika knock the door with a cup of tea. She says he returned today and there was a function, still he has been working; he must be tired. She request him to have the tea. She turn to leave, then ask if he needs some help. Shashi doesn’t speak. Vaidika continue. Shashi now looks up.
